Abby's pediatrician Appt

Abigale had her first pediatrician's appointment. She did great! She is up to 7lbs 4 oz, and was 18 inches long. He said that she didn't shrink, her head was just probably slightly swollen at birth. The doctor said he doesn't want to mess with her tongue, so he referred us to a pediatric ear nose and throat doctor in Spokane. We will be getting a phone call in the next few days as to when we have to go. He said that more than likely, he will say her tongue tie is mild enough to not need any intervention, but it is better to be safe and catch things early on, then look back and say "we should've done this sooner". So I am happy about that. He also ordered an ultrasound on her kidneys just to make sure they are still good size. The last prenatal ultrasound showed that whatever they had seen earlier was resolved, but again, better to be safe than sorry. So that is Thursday morning. Other than that, she looked perfect!
