What We've Been Up To

The past few weeks have been mostly fun! Besides the snow/ice storms, and the stomach flu that ran through the house...we've been great!
We had a great Thanksgiving, with LOTS of food, and even more family. This is just the appetizers BEFORE the dinner. Yum!

We also set up and decorated our Christmas tree! We got a fake tree this year, much to Kevin's dismay.

With how hyperactive, and into everything Jessie is... I just didnt want to deal with it. That did NOT stop her from tipping over this tree 2 days ago and shattering most of the balls. Grr. Good thing none of our "yearly ornaments" broke. Just the cheap-o balls.

We took the kids to see Santa Claus. It was fun! Kailyn got nervous waiting in line, and decided she didnt want to see him. She said she was just way too nervous. Then Mrs. Claus (who was the photographer) gave her a pep talk and a hug, which cheered her right up. Though Abby wasn't having it. So Kevin held her and sat next to Santa, while Kai sat in Santa's lap. It cost an extra $5 to take pictures with your own camera, so I dont have pics to put in here for that. But we did get a cute picture. Then we went outside to see the reindeer. There was Dancer and Prancer. Pretty neat!

Other than the Holiday things, we have been up to the same old stuff. Kevin is working hard trying to jump through all of the hoops to get in to WSU, as well as doing his 50+ hour work weeks. I will be happy when he can finally slow down for a moment.
