Christmas

Christmas was great!! Kailyn was a little bit concerned about Santa Claus. She said that she did not want ANYBODY coming in to our house while she was sleeping. She did not want him to come. I told her that if he didn't come, then he couldn't bring her any presents. So she said he could bring TWO. And leave them at the door. haha she is way too smart. Christmas morning, we woke up at 7, and when Kailyn saw all the gifts that Santa brought, she didn't care that she was scared anymore. (Yes my date was off on my camera, I didnt notice until half way through the day) This picture is after Santa came.

Her biggest gift from Santa was a nearly 3 foot tall animatronic dinsoaur named Kota. She can ride on it, feed it, he is completely interactive. She fell in love with him at first sight.

It was awesome seeing her eyes light up. Abigale just nursed and slept all morning.

My absolute favorite part was that with each gift she opened, she squeeled and yelled with excitement "THIS IS EXACTLY WHAT I WANTED!!"

I loved seeing her joy. After opening our gifts at our house, we headed over to Grandma and Grandpa Walley's house.

We stayed and visited over there with them for a little while, then headed over to Grandma and Papa Boese's house for the rest of the day.

We had spent Christmas Eve at the Walley's house, so it evened out. It was a lot of fun opening gifts and goofing off with the family. My personal favorite parts about that were that Alisha was able to be there so early in the day, and playing Taboo with everybody. I had a blast with that. As well as when Kevin's grandparents came over to meet Abigale for the first time, and see Kailyn. We weren't expecting to see them and that was such a treat!

After a long day, we headed home to let Kailyn play with her gifts for a bit before bed time. Her three favorite gifts were the dinosaur, a tea set from Aunt Renee, and a hat and glove set also from Aunt Renee.
